28 - 3/4 and 1 HP
Units can tap as well as drill. The motor automatically reverses for withdrawal
after tapping. This system requires no mechanical parts-gears, clutches
or lead screws. It eliminates the major cause of problems in ordinary tapping
machines. The Series 28 is capable of tapping class 2 threads in a range
from 4-40 to 1/2-13 threads per inch. It has all the versatility of the
Series 60 including the capability of drilling and shares the low air consumption
requirements of all Dumore Autofeed Drill units-5 SCFM or less. These units
will accept multiple spindle drill heads.

SERIES
60 - 1/4 HP and 1/3 HP
The Series 60's small size (approx. 4.3" x 27") lets you adapt
it readily to compact set-ups for close-center drilling. Dumore permanent-magnet
motor (high and low speed versions) has an infinitely-variable speed control.
No pulleys or gears to change. The unit is nose-mounted so you can remove
it quickly and easily-then remount it to the precise former location. Although
it's downsized, the Series 60 delivers maximum drilling capacity with full
300 lbs. thrust at 100 psi air pressure, plus full 3-inch stroke. |

Compact and light weight, this bench type sensitive drill press is a rigid,
stationary unit designed to consistently drill exceptionally precise small
holes. Large, knurled adjustment wheels provide for easy, finger tip control.
Hand fed table moves work to drill while Hole Depth Adjustment Collar maintains
selected depth - repeatedly. Three-inch throat and swing away table add
to versatility. Accessories available to control drill speeds. With 8 ft.
cord and 3-prong plug. |

Filter/Oiler/Regulator
Assembly installed in air line removes impurities, injects oil vapor
into system and allows operator to adjust air pressure to deliver
required thrust to drill unit.
